Couldn't get them on!
I found that having the zip on the outside of the foot rather than the inside just meant I couldn't get the boot on to my foot. Shame, they do look good.

Hi Julie sorry to hear about this. We do find depending on different customers feet that you may need to push the foot a bit harder. Refund was all processed and really disappointed the shoes were not perfect for you as I know you love the look of them and once feet are in they are in fact comfortable. With the exception of our Lola Sandals and Esme Mules which are narrow fitting, all our shoes are standard fitting but come generous in size with some great reviews with women with wider feet. You can see further info on sizing here: sizing chart
